Exchange & Upgrade

• We offer a lifetime exchange & upgrade for all products except for custom orders.
• Our Quality Check team will approve the exchange or upgrade only if there is no damage or tampering. Any repair costs, in case any damage is detected, required will be deducted from the original order value. Customers must return the product along with the invoice.
• Exchange credit value at the current market price of metal @ 100% and diamond @ 80% of the goods exchanged except for making charges and taxes (maximum value INR 300000)
• In case the item is damaged, missing stones, or tampered with in any way, the proportionate amount towards repairing that, would be deducted from the exchange value.
• Making charges & taxes shall be deducted from the exchange value offered.
• Once the exchange value is determined after said quality checks and rates, we shall issue a credit note of the said value that can be redeemed within 30 days of issuance of the credit note.
